What makes BotMatch.ai different from other AI tools?

BotMatch.ai doesn’t provide you software — we give you a BotMatch Agent. Each agent is priced like payroll (based on U.S. median salaries) and is completely customized to your workflows and the tools you already use. Every agent runs on dedicated, managed, and secure infrastructure, comes with role-specific training and integrations, and includes ongoing support so it can work inside your business from day one.

How does pricing work?

We use U.S. Department of Labor data to calculate the median salary for each role. Your BotMatch Agent costs about 25% of that salary, paid monthly or biweekly like payroll. Usage (phone minutes) comes with a generous included allowance, and overages are billed at cost — just like a phone plan.

What if I go over my included usage?

Most clients never exceed their allowance. If you do, additional minutes are simply billed at cost. Think of it like cell phone overages — predictable and transparent.

What about HIPAA compliance?

If your BotMatch Agent will handle Protected Health Information (PHI), we offer a HIPAA-compliant infrastructure add-on for + $500/month. This covers HIPAA-ready hosting, storage, and audit logging.

Do I need GoHighLevel (GHL)?

If you already use GHL, we can connect directly to your account. If not, we can provide a white-labeled GHL account for $97/month as part of your setup. We can also integrate with most existing CRMs — just note that custom integrations require a higher onboarding and training fee since we’ll need to build and test additional workflows.

How does onboarding work?

Every BotMatch Agent goes through our Onboarding & Training Program ($1000–$2,000 one-time). We map your workflows, integrate your systems, and test the agent so it’s ready to perform from day one.

Will this replace my staff?

Not always. Many clients use BotMatch agents to handle repetitive or time-consuming tasks (calls, scheduling, reminders, follow-ups) so their human staff can focus on higher-value work. In other cases, it can fully replace a role like receptionist or appointment scheduler.

Can I customize my BotMatch Agent?

Yes. Each AI employee is fully customizable — from workflows to tone of voice to integrations. During onboarding, we’ll tailor it to fit your business needs.

How quickly can I get started?

Most clients are live within 2–3 weeks after onboarding.
